These sweatpants are fairly thick and heavy. Definitely roomy enough even for doing yoga in them. And the quality equally as good as whatever Lululemon or Alo have. Maybe better. I am 6'1 and 175lbs and the Medium is plenty big. The Size guide is accurate.

way too bag and oversized, I got a Medium and I'm 5'6 148 so im guessing im a xs for these
