These are great. I wear these instead of spikes, only during meets, because I have shin splints, so these give a softer feel while giving me a mechanical advantage. People don’t understand racing shoes like this are supposed to be tight. The vibrant matches spikes perfectly.

Sneaker is too narrow. I tried a half size up which worked in lengt but not in width. Way too narrow. I don't think going a full size up will help. Think these are more just for ladies.
