These compression shorts are great for training, however I wasn’t a big fan of the wide waist band. I felt like it didn’t sit at the waist very well and often would ride up. Also felt a little tight, but given that they are compression shorts, if you prefer the compression definitely stay true to size, if not size up. All in all if you want some nice looking shorts, these will do the job.

I loved the look and feel of these shorts. The waistband was very comfortable and sat high enough for support. They’re sleek and very flattering in certain areas. The design is appealing, looks cute, and is not see through. As much as I love the look and feel, I’ll only be wearing them for my at-home workouts. They ride up and roll so much that I wouldn’t be able to wear them at my gym or in public.

I do strength training often so I was excited to try these on. These shorts are great as they offer support on your hip area. However, since I do have muscular thighs, I’ve noticed that the leg openings ride up, up to the point where it looks like I’m wearing an underwear. Thus, I am cautious not to do any lunges or squats on these. I also would be cautious wearing them on my morning jogs. I’m sure someone with a slimmer silhouette would run in these just fine. Other than that, the firm support these shorts provide make you look athletic and sleek!
