Behind the Design
The earthy textures and speckled midsole represent the Two Bays Trail's tough terrain. Red arrows on the tongue tops, sockliners and upper are inspired by the iconic arrow signs with handwritten numbers used throughout the trail. Two Bays is identified by a circular symbol displaying a blue superb fairywren, which can be seen both on the signage along the route and on the sockliners. Deep and bright blues symbolize the start and finish of the 28K bay-to-bay stretch, where the ocean meets the sky.

- Crafted for performance and planet, ReactX foam is engineered to reduce its carbon footprint by at least 43% in a pair of midsoles due to reduced manufacturing process energy compared to prior React foam. The carbon footprint of ReactX is based on cradle-to-gate assessment reviewed by PRé Sustainability B.V and Intertek China. Other midsole components such as airbags, plates or other foam formulations were not considered.

How This Was Made
- This product was responsibly designed utilizing recycled materials from post-consumer and/or post-manufactured waste. One of our biggest steps on our journey to zero carbon and zero waste is in choosing our materials because they account for more than 70% of any product’s footprint.
