Behind the Design
The Armory's oval surface color appears along upper. Green is from The Armory’s infield. Blue nods to warm-up area. Hits of red stem from The Armory’s logo. Crisscrossed print speaks to its iconic ceiling.
Flyweave Construction
Nike Flyweave construction on the upper provides a secure and conforming fit for various foot shapes.
Carbon Flyplate
The carbon Flyplate's shape and stiffness help keep you on your toes and minimize deceleration.
Zoom, Zoom
The forefoot Air Zoom unit has two chambers to give you a propulsive feel and stability from takeoff to the tape.
What's New About the Maxfly 2?
Lighter, more responsive than the Maxfly, the Flyplate's shape and stiffness give you a propulsive feel. Middle spike removed from Maxfly and elevated platform on big-toe side help spikes feel more stable.

Bought these for my son for track and he loves them. He is working on dragging his toes like the pros so we will see how well the front holds up but for his first track meet he ran a half a second faster on his 100m. I bought another pair for my younger son who is competing this week. Excited to see what he will accomplish.

i really like the spikes they feel really quick but the bubble popped in a month so maybe don’t wear them at practice
