I have lululemon, Amazon brands, Cleo Harper, carbon 38 and these are by far my favorite leggings to wear for running, walking etc. super comfortable. I’m a 27-28 inch waist and bought a medium but my thighs and butt are bigger 😬. They fit perfect!

These are the only leggings I run in. They are high rise and compressive enough to hold the stomach in (after having a baby), and they don’t roll or slide down. I like the drawstring and many pockets. And the color options are impressive. I’m 5’4” and currently at 143 pounds and the size medium fits nicely.

For reference, I’m a curvy girl with a small waist compared to my hips, thighs, and booty. It takes some powerful compression to hold everything tight. I hate feeling my thighs and butt jiggle around when I’m trying to jog or do HIIT workouts. The same way large chested women don’t want their chest bouncing around and it’s uncomfortable , that’s the same way it is when you’ve got more going on from the waist down. The challenges I have with leggings are: 1) Many say they offer compression for HIIT type workouts (looking at you lululemon and Athleta) but don’t actually “hold” it in. It’s funny because Nike used to not have this type of compression when Athleta did. But now the tables have turned. 2) Another challenge is they might offer ok compression but are see through (looking at you Spanx and Sweaty Betty). Apparently they don’t expect women to small waists, big hips and butts…the material is see through on the backside. These GO leggings are NOT the least bit see through. 3) Another challenge is cellulite shining through. These are thick and compressive enough to greatly minimize visible cellulite (I got a dark teal color, so I wouldn’t expect a pink or yellow to mask it as much). Bottom line, these are the PERFECT compression leggings to really give you that held in, body parts won’t be waving to people secure feeling. I’m about to order a couple more pairs.
