How This Was Made

  • This product was responsibly designed utilizing recycled materials from post-consumer and/or post-manufactured waste. One of our biggest steps on our journey to zero carbon and zero waste is in choosing our materials because they account for more than 70% of any product’s footprint. By reusing existing plastics, yarns, and textiles, we significantly reduce our emissions. Our goal is to use as much recycled materials as possible without compromising on performance, durability and style.

  • Nike Does It Again!

    I’ve been a fan of Metcon and Free Metcon over the years and have had multiple pairs. These are now my personal favorite from the Free Metcon line! They are incredibly comfortable and versatile whether I’m jumping rope, doing some deadlifts or going for a sprint. They’re true to size (I have a bit of a wider foot) with enough toe space for lifting. I love the breathable mesh material and the flexibility for sudden movements. I prefer the design on this shoe versus the past ones. I’ll definitely be getting these in other colors!

    Nike Free Metcon 6 were comfortable and aesthetically pleasing and surpassed expectations. Coming from different metcon variations, it was a good feeling to see that the shoe improved and has the same stability from others in the same department
