I normally a large, but I ordered a size up and got an XL and the shirt was still too tight in the midsection
Sensory nightmare

Flattering fit, but the inside seams are like sandpaper. Doing any sort of high intensity activity in these is a sensory nightmare because of how sharp and rough the inner seams are against skin. I will not be purchasing again.
