- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. Love this bag. So many pockets for storage. Love the external chords - great for putting your jacket etc in when the bag is full. Only downside - it’s a little bit smaller (16 litre) compared to other standard size backpacks.
