Very comfortable and color looks great

Back in the day, I bought several pairs they were a go to because of the heel support for me. They have improved them from a couple decades ago, they are a lot lighter but still have that same support and I can still as a PE teacher and track coach can wear them all day.

The first thing you notice about this pair of sneakers is the quality material used. No cheap or thin fabric here. Very solid. Different materials. Reflective. The toe box is solid. The laces are simple but great. Very quality. The shox offer comfort when running. You do notice a slight raised heel at first, but it goes away as the shox get worn in. The Nike logo is clean, and stitched, so there won’t be any fading or peeling. The soles are very solid, and will last a LONG time. I personally use these for running. They have nice padding in the soles, and with the shox doing its job, the foot to pavement feel is greater. You can run longer distances without your feet getting sore. I appreciate the reflective heel, and the shape of the tongue. The tongue is a nice touch. Solid logo. Very form fitting but tight. Doesn’t droop or scrunch. The toe box is very solid. There won’t be any creasing or toe drag. These shoes are very snug for wide feet, but in a good way. They don’t pinch. It forms to your foot really well, without cutting off circulation or making you feel uncomfortable. The shox are the big one. The only thing I didn’t care for was the first few wears, the heel feels slightly raised from the rest of the shoe. That goes away with multiple wears. Not sure if it’s the shox getting worn in or just getting used to the sneaker, but it is noticeable. The bottom of the soles have small rubber notches that really help on slippery surfaces, and grip cement better. They also feel very solid, and won’t wear down fast. Overall, Nike did a great job on bringing the model back with solid upgrades.
