An updated thin outsole rubber uses less material without sacrificing durability, which helps reduce outsole weight and thickness. This allows for extra millimetres of ZoomX foam underfoot and a smoother transition through your stride.

Hi everyone, Writing this review after 3 months of Running in these shoes.I have both alphafly and vaporfly. Pros:- *Lighter shoe *Good for speed runs *Cons Narrow footed shoes,so not good for wide footed ppl Less Cushion so not good for heavy weight runners Not good for extended runs more than 10k+.(personal opinion).Would recommend Alpha fly if u do 10K+ or more. Uncomfortable on treadmills *Note-I am new to running and just sharing my personal opinion.
Great race shoes but not durable at all

I’m a long time runner and usually go for Nike gear. I’ve had a few models of the vaporflys now, which are great shoes to PR in a long race like half or full marathon. However, the foam on the bottom rips so easy! Literally just fell apart taking off my shoes after a run. Has happened to 2 pairs now and pretty common from what other runners have told me.
