Lovely tracksuit, horrid smell

Lovely lightweight tracksuit, fits my 13 year old well. However the top has a horrid fishy smell to it. Bottoms don’t have the same smell thankfully.

It says older kids but won't even fit my 8 year old girl but it was for a 11 year old boy.
