The outsole has at least 13% Nike Grind material, made from scraps from the footwear manufacturing process.
Lightweight Movement
Flyknit gives you sock-like comfort with soft, stretchable and breathable fabric that helps keep you feeling light and airy when your run goes into overdrive. Inner sleeve is minimal but stretchy.
Soft in the Middle
An ultra-lightweight midsole offers unreal comfort as your foot repeatedly hits the road. It's lighter, more responsive and softer than previous versions.
Stay Secure
Embroidered eyestays around the laces help keep your feet secure. Pull tabs at the tongue and heel make for an easy one-hand entry.
Added Flexibility
Laser-cut grooves on the sole make this shoe more flexible.

How This Was Made
- This product was responsibly designed utilising recycled materials from post-consumer and/or post-manufactured waste. Worth the purchase

Good, tight toe box

Pros - lightweight and flexible - good cushioning - true to size Cons - toe box slim/tight - rubber only on part of sole I love the free type shoes... nike seems to be making less and less of them. These seem to be well made but I wouldn't buy any more of them because the toe box is tight... I have many other nikes and especially frees and these are the only ones that are tight at the edge of my forefoot. I also wish the high wear portions of the sole were rubber... I suspect these will wear down quickly.
