I’m in love with these shoes. They are so comfy and when I wear them I get compliments. The materials they are made out of feel sturdy.

Was never a fan of traditional training shoes. They were too stiff and rigid for my liking. I feel the Metcom free strikes a good balance between support and solid shoe for weight training but also comfortable enough to do some light cardio on a treadmill or elliptical. Nike struck a good balance with this shoe as an everyday gym shoe. If you don’t want to switch back and forth between a supportive weight training shoe and a running shoe , the Metcom free is a good compromise between both.

These shoes are comfortable. I wore them to the gym on leg day and I was pleasantly surprised at the flexibility of this shoe. The heel just gives a little something extra especially during a workout. Although, I will say they’re a little narrow so be mindful of that if you have wide feet.
