The accommodating forefoot allows you plenty of space to spread out your toes. The wider forefoot complements a wider base and smooth ride. Added structure and containment around the heel provides a more supportive fit.

The Nike Structure 25 Extra Wide is my favorite sneaker ever. I have flat feet and wear orthotics. My orthotics fit like a glove in these sneakers. The Structure provides great support for runs and are stylish enough to wear with jeans or shorts in the summer. I only wish Nike offered more colors/styles in Extra Wide. I'm excited for the eventual (I hope) Structure 26 but it'll be tough to top this sneaker!

My first pair of Nike extra width shoes. They fit well and my arthritic toes have space, so less pain. I reccomend these shoes they feel good on my feet!
