Behind the design
We took inspiration from The Armory's original oval surface colour and painted it along the upper. The green accents take their cues from The Armory's infield in the middle of the track. The blue hits originate from the athlete warm-up area. The red along the sockliners and outsole stems from The Armory's logo. And the criss-crossed print speaks to the facility's iconic ceiling.
Sharp stability
A slightly wider midfoot and forefoot improve the feeling of stability on straights and especially around the turns.
Light and fast
The new full-length plate material is lighter and more responsive than the previous version while adding durability. The curved design gives you a propulsive feel.
Breathable comfort
Engineered mesh on the upper enhances breathability and comfort. Its contouring fit gives you a disappearing sensation that is built to go the distance.
Energy return for each stride
Full-length ZoomX foam, Nike's lightest and most resilient foam, unlocks and delivers even better energy storage and return.
