The care instructions aren't any different from washing your usual workout clothes! Machine wash them with like colours, remove immediately and do not allow them to lay on themselves while wet. Tumble dry low and use a cool iron as needed. No need for dry cleaning, softeners or bleach.

How This Was Made
- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. La petite culotte a l’intérieur du short.

Honnêtement j’adore la couleur du short, j’ai pris particle beige et la grandeur Small, rien à dire sur la grandeur tout fit parfaitement le seule point négatif c’est la petite culotte intégrée à l’intérieur. Personnellement, je trouve que ça les rend inconfortable… et je n’est pas de problème de fuite donc, je trouve que c’est inutile pour moi ! J’aurais aimé qu’il mettent en vente le même short mais avec l’option sans petite culotte comme ça les personnes pourrais choisir s’il ont envie d’avoir avec la petite culotte à l’intérieur ou pas. Je sais qui en as qui mettent ses short pour faire du sport mais moi je les mets dans la vie de tout les jours, donc la petite culotte elle est optionnel à mon avis !

I like these ~ but on my Asian skin they are flesh coloured so would no doubt invite second glances at the gym!
