As I’m quite tall (172cm) I was worried about the length, as these didn’t come in longer length. However, length is perfect and the high waist fits great. Very flattering and comfortable.

I ordered these in several colors because they are comfortable and work well at the gym. They are on the thinner side though and in terms of sizing, I would say buy whatever your regular size is. I normally wear a XL but I ordered the XXL because I did not want them to cling to my skin (I'm 65+) and show every lump and bump. But, I really did not have to do this and could have easily just worn my regular size. Again, they are thin and do not hold you in so if there is something that you don't want to show, I would say get them in the darker colors or you could size up.
