These shoes are perfect for a warm up run i. those days you don’t have too much time to squeeze in a workout! Gorgeous for everyday wear and lightweight to make every step a breeze! Will always recommend these!

If you're doing HIIT / Weight Lifting / Circuit Training - this is a great shoe! Perfect for workouts. However if you're doing long distance walking / running - I would not recommend this shoe. It's better for maintaining your stability during workouts (30min - 90min).

I’ve been a fan of Metcon and Free Metcon over the years and have had multiple pairs. These are now my personal favorite from the Free Metcon line! They are incredibly comfortable and versatile whether I’m jumping rope, doing some deadlifts or going for a sprint. They’re true to size (I have a bit of a wider foot) with enough toe space for lifting. I love the breathable mesh material and the flexibility for sudden movements. I prefer the design on this shoe versus the past ones. I’ll definitely be getting these in other colors!
