I am very picky with leggings because I have an "X" shaped body where my hips are very wide with thick thighs, but my waist is small. Leggings are hard because they often tend to slip down when I exercise in them. I am a runner, so I used these for running and they did not slip at all. The waist band stayed up and very comfortable on my waist and did not feel constricting at all. Since the waistband stayed up the whole time, I didn't have to stop mid run to adjust the legging so that was great! That is a big pain point for me with other leggings as I often have to stop mid-run or exercise to pull up the leggings and adjust which impacts my time. The leggings are made of a super soft and comfortable material. I really loved the fabric because it was not irritating nor itchy. I sweat a lot, and it was pretty fast drying which helped me from getting a rash from the moisture that is usually retained with other legging fabrics. I LOVED the waistband of these leggings. The crossover style is so flattering, and it definitely extenuates my hips giving me a curvier look. These are so stylish, and the black color is perfect for exercise or even errands. These are the 7/8 length so it ends a little above the ankle which I would have preferred to have the full-length ones instead so I could wear these with other outfits!
