Who designed this bag for sure he didn't do any sport in which he needed to carry his shoes and maybe a pair of kickboxing gloves beside some clotesh and towels. The compartiment of shoes is verry unhandy to put/take them out. If you will try to take the shoes out while the clothes compartiment is open the bag flops and you will need to pick up your clothes from floor everytime. Furthermore, the shoe compartiment can fit 3 pairs. Unnecessary!!! This is such a waste of space for nothing.

I got the medium size bag and to my suprise this bag is very spacious. It has a separate shoe section with mesh for breathability and major compartment can hold all your clothes and gym gear. It has another side compartment for keeping small things like gloves etc.and a front pouch which could be used for keeping gym member ship cards, car keys etc. I am a short guy and the straps are well suited for my height but I think the straps are slightly short for a tall person.
