I did think I needed a walking/run shoe but my goodness the difference this has made to my overall mobility!! Amazing just simply amazing also the stiffness in my calves is gone. Fabulous support on the arches and the tops of the feet and ankles. I will buy another paid for sure. Also I did go up half size and that was the right thing.

I went with my dunk size which is EU 39, but that was a huge mistake. They run so so so small and that for someone who does not have wide feet. I don’t know why Nike made them running smaller? The fit seems super weird. I ordered a half size up now but honestly I’m not even sure if that will fit me. However it’s a good looking trendy “dad vibe” sneaker but I wish they had the same fit as my forces and dunks. Keep in mind (for my girlies) if the sneaker looks too big on the feet, it’s in my opinion not pretty anymore and it will look way too bulky. I recommend this sneaker for people with smaller feet!
