- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. I love the material, super comfortable! However, they're a bit bigger than the ordered size. I recommend ordering a size smaller. I am 174 and 63 kg. Size M was huge.
