Use this for work as a male nurse. Definitely gives me enough cushion for prevent plantar fasciitis and don’t have to put over the counter insoles in them for extra cushioning. Usually a size 10 but recently production of Nike shoes size 10.5 is better for nowadays. Very breathable and roomy in toe box.

These are lovely, I have wide feet and a high instep. They are very nice to walk in.
