Great shoe for the gym! definitely order a size down for more snug/ stable fit. I'm usually a 12 in Nike but Metcons I'm 11.5.

The more flexibility you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.
Stability: High
The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. We added more foam in the heel for improved stability when digging deep for another rep.
Cushioning: high
The more cushioning that you have underfoot, the more comfortable your workout can be. Cushioning helps soften the impact as your feet hit the ground. Laser-siped foam in the forefoot and midsole offers comfort.
Breathable upper
The upper is made from breathable, supportive engineered mesh with built-in stretch where needed, like lunging, squatting and jumping.

Really good gym shoes! Excellent stability for heavy lifts but can be used on treadmill as well. Recommend it for everyone who loves cross training as much as I do.
Comfy, supportive. Caution about white on white

The shoes are very comfortable, you feel extremely stable and supported with them. I’m ultimately returning mine(all white with black background and white swoosh), and the replacement pair I bought, because the fabric around the opening of the shoe (around the tongue and heel) were not white. More like a discolored white or cream color in most lightings. I work in a medical office and the overhead fluorescent lights really highlighted the fabric was not white. The extremely white rubber as a contrast made it more jarring of a problem for me personally. Others might be fine, just not for me. Still- the structure, support, and comfort of the shoe are great!
