I have always worn a size 10 but the last Nike i bought in march last year shrunk or my feet grew slight bigger. I bought this which is a 10.5 but the box says 11.5. Fits perfectly and it is well cushioned, especially the achilles tendon area. I'd recommend uf youre a 10 go for a 10.5
