Did not hold up well. Only competed in 2 meets and limited practices wearing these in 3 weeks and the heel is falling off of the shoe. I would say these are just for “game day” type of spikes if you get them.

Very fragile for the price but truly worth it if you don’t break them, I recommend them to all the mid distance runners I know, I hit my PR in the 800 meters with them but someone I know has broken there’s in less then 10 miles

They're ok. But just get the dragonfly, they are cheaper and have why more cushion.
