USA Solo Swoosh

When I saw this sweater, I knew I wanted it immediately! As a dedicated runner it was a must have. When I received it, however, it appeared to have a very unusual knitting pattern to the light heather grey colorway. There were random dark black and amber hue threads throughout the fabric. The first one I received, had a very distracting visibly black thread running along the chest under the signature Nike blue check. It doesn’t appear to be the typical heather grey mixture of fabric colors. I decided to exchange it for a new one, hoping it was just a fluke, but ironically this too has similar dark fabric threads throughout the light heather grey color. Maybe the ratio of the mixture of colors to create this heather grey hoodie was off? Nonetheless, this second one I received didn’t have it as bad so I decided to keep it. Also, worth noting, the exchange process was VERY inconvenient. I was informed of this item’s low stock in my desired size (small). So I basically had to go all the way to a physical store to then get a gift card for my return to re-order it the same day. Returning in the store took all but 5 minutes. Placing a new order online via the phone took almost 25 minutes! They also didn’t make it appear as though they wanted to be as helpful as they should have been. This was no fault of my own and as a customer for nearly 15 years with this account I expected a little better. Overall I’m still happy with the sweater. It’s heavy, dense and has a super soft lining. It just feels like butter when wearing. For reference, I’m 5’9, 166 lbs and typically wear a small. This does run large and I could have gone with an XS too I believe.
