Really good quality and material and great price point. I bought this mat many years ago, still in really good condition… I’ve used it for yoga, hot yoga and Pilates. Really decent grip and padding is great.

I have tried so many mats that purport to be non-slip only to slip as I’m trying to do high impact workouts. This mat truly is the first non-slip mat I’ve found and what a difference it makes! It’s also got great cushioning for floor work. I will never buy any other mat again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a thicker mat for doing sit-ups on a hardwood floor. Yoga mats don’t cut it when you have back issues. They are too thin. This “training mat” is perfect. The reason I put it in quotes is because the title gives off the impression that it is the thick uncomfortable, floor mat that you see on a gym floor. Not the case. I use this for HIIT, conditioning, Pilates, and yoga.
