Velcro doesn't stay put

These shoes look great, but my son hates that the velcro doesn't seem to stay put. He always feels like they are going to come off. Shopping for a replacement style even though he's only worn these a handful of times.
Beware of size chart

So disappointed. The shoes are great. However, I printed and used the size chart on Nike’s website to fit my son and ordered the according size. They arrived and were being given as an Easter gift but they’re like an inch too big and my son is really disappointed. Just checked into getting a smaller size but they’re all sold out.
