My daughter is very picky when it comes to bottoms. She usually prefers tights for football, but she’s found her new favorite. These pants are light and still warm. They wash well and keep their shape and color. They are a windbreaker material so you do hear the kid walking down the hall. My 8 year old is on the thinner side, but these pants have great stretch if needed.

**Interior Mesh**: Initially, the interior mesh felt quite hot, but once he started moving around during practice, it turned out to be nice and breathable. **Fit**: The fit was on the baggy side, which wasn't ideal for my son since he prefers a slimmer fit. **Durability**: The material held up well during soccer practice—no stains or rips, which is a big plus. **Zippered Ankle**: A great feature that made it easy to pull the pants over his game shoes. Overall, we'd rate these pants a 7/10. They didn't quite meet his fit preference, but they performed well in terms of breathability and durability.
