Not the best Nike bottle I own. I only use for cold drinks. I have this and a black Nike bottle. The black one is superior to this one. I put ice and water in both at the same time (usually at night). The next day when I get home the black one still has ice and cold while this one is just water and barely cold. It just doesn’t keep like my black Nike bottle.
