Absolutely thrilled with these shoes for my hypertrophy training. These are phenomenal for the workouts I do since I’m lifting a lot. Nikes usually run small and narrow on my feet so I sized up to a 9.5 from my usual size 9. Cannot recommend these enough! Plus the colors are so great!

These are my most favorite Metcons by far! Runs true to size. Previous version ran narrow, so I appreciate the wider fit/toe box in the 9’s. A little stiff at first (as with all new shoes) but was able to lunges at ease. These feel very sturdy and the grip is excellent. I’ve been able to lift heavier taking these right out of the box. The white/gold/sanddrift is so cute - planning on buying a back-up pair since I’m enjoying them so much!

This shoe is a little different from past metcons I have bought. The shoe is quite sturdy (stiff). There is not much of an arch to me, so it felt like I was flat foot and walking weird. Although the shoe is a perfect size for my feet, I feel like I'm going to trip at any moment in them, kind of a clumsy feel. On the positive, they are great when I am doing back barbell squats as it keeps my feet planted on the ground and controlled. As for running, that is a no go, feels they same way as walking, clumsy.
