Confident Coverage
An ultrathin liner absorbs about the same amount as a standard disposable liner. When worn with a tampon, pad or cup, it gives you an extra layer for leaks—without adding bulk.
No-Show All Day
A smooth, seamless design stays in place without riding up, digging in or showing through.
Sweat-Ready
Nike Dri-FIT technology moves sweat away from your skin for quicker evaporation, helping you stay dry and comfortable.
Work Hard. Wash Easy.
Care instructions aren't any different than washing your regular workout clothes. Machine wash them with like colors, remove immediately and do not allow them to lay on themselves while wet. Tumble dry low and use a cool iron as needed. No need for dry cleaning, softeners or bleach.

How This Was Made
- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
- In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester reduces carbon emissions by up to 30% compared to virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfills and waterways.
