Letters peeling

The letters are peeling off. The g on golden state is missing. The golden state emblem is already lifting

Washed this item more carefully than stated in the instructions. We washed it inside out, alone, and on gentle cycle. Upon removing from the washer, the letter E in “Golden” had fallen off, the letter N is almost off, the letter T in “State” isn’t adhering at the bottom, and the patch with the logo and 30 is almost fallen off. Shocked at the poor quality for the price of this jersey. I just emailed customer service and am hoping I just received a defective one.
