It offers tips on how to extend the life cycle of your shoe from upkeep options to repairs and long-term care. I got these trainers last year and forgot all abt them Started wearing them 6 wks ago and a big hole in the toe appeared my friend had these to and the very same thing happened to hers I wouldn't bother with these at all
