While the ball seems to have a nice quality cover, it is extremely unpredictable in how it bounces, making it impossible to confidently dribble. It seems very unbalanced, possibly due to a manufacturing defect, enough so that it even bounces strangely off the rim. We can't find the receipt, otherwise we be looking for a warranty claim.
