By far the most comfortable shoe I have by Nike!!! So lightweight and wide enough for my big toes!! This color combo is perfect for any outfit. There’s nothing I would change! Definitely true to size, no need to size down/up. This is such a classic shoe and will be purchasing again!

These sneakers are lightweight and comfortable for extended wear. Some may find the toe box snug or a little too short, as it was in my case. I am normally a size 7, but my big toe was pushing against the front part of the toe box area more than it should. Interestingly, I asked my mom to try it as she is also a size 7, and she did not experience the same issue I had in the toe box area. If in doubt, I would go up half a size. They are wide enough and the fit around the midfoot provides good support. The Cortez has a sleek, streamlined silhouette that doesn't add bulk. I think those who appreciate shoes that do not make their feet look big will really like these sneakers. The silver colorway is modern but retro and versatile, and I love that there are many other color options available. These shoes work well for various casual occasions. The upper is an interesting textile material. It's durable, soft, and does not crease. The sole material offers cushioning that makes each step comfortable for walks or for work. These are comfortable enough to wear to the gym, for weightlifting or cardio workouts. The sole also has a great grip on various surfaces, which is great when you need total traction control. The Nike Cortez is a classic silhouette. It has been an aesthetically pleasing design for years. Nike took it up a notch with the materials on the light pumice/metallic silver. The exterior feels like nylon and withstands creasing and moisture very well. The heel and toe are an extremely soft suede that contrasts nicely with the nylon texture. The color itself is pleasing on the eye. The fit is true to size in length and slightly narrow in width. This is a great everyday shoe that can be dressed up or worn casually. I would not feel comfortable running across the country in these like Forest Gump but they are great for being worn all day long and walking longer distances. Other than daily kicks, I don’t view these shoes as versatile. Meaning, I wouldn’t wear them to the gym or any other strenuous activity. But I don’t think twice about throwing them on with a pair of jeans and heading out the door to run errands.
