I have had idk maybe over 100 pairs of converse. Size 9.5M/11.5W...Nothing stated to size up or down or if they're TTS (as they do on the actual converse site. I bought these via SNKRS). I bought my regular size and they're extremely tight. Barely could fit my foot inside. Once I struggled to get my foot in, the toe box was just tight as well as the back of my foot. Just extremely tight. I think you should put on the site to size up. I'm going to reorder a full size up and I hope my feet are COMFORTABLE & don't look huge in them or I'll be returning them for good.
