Super tuff, would recommend unless you rolled. Do have to break them in a little bit for it to be comfortable, once you use them it’s hard to go back to another spike.

these spikes are probably the best i’ve used in my time of running. The amount of pressure you put into the track it feels like you’re getting that same energy right back
