The 2nd time I wore them they developed a loud creeping noise that sounded like nails on a chalkboard combined with a whoopee cushion. I kept wearing them until my wife refused to walk near me. I gave nike the benefit of the doubt and bought another pair. This pair squeeled even louder.

These are absolutely the best shoes for wide feet. They have good arch support, require very little wear to break them in and don't create blisters. In terms of wear and tear, my husband wears these every day for work and they last an average of 6-9 months before they need to be replaced. Excellent value for an everyday shoe!
