Behind the Design

Circling the upper are music notes from a piano duet Connor wrote with his sister. For those with musical aptitude, the notes align with how you play it—the left shoe is what you play on the left hand, and the right shoe is what you play on the right hand. The design is finished with a metallic gold pattern that Connor sketched on his tablet.

Maxxed Out Motion

Our Dynamic Air unit system features two sets of dual-pressure tubes. With the firmest amount of pressure in the heel and the softest amount of pressure toward your midfoot, the air levels shift within each set for a smooth transition as you step.

Maxxed Out Comfort

Multilayered mesh on the upper feels lightweight and breathable, with a haptic print for a textured look. Plush foam surrounds the cushioning system for an enhanced feel that's uniquely soft and supportive.

Maxxed Out Energy

Doernbecher Freestyle Program

Since 2004, Nike’s Doernbecher Freestyle Program has raised $40 million for OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital. This special partnership gives young patients the opportunity to work with Nike designers to create their own Nike and Jordan Brand sneakers. Their one-of-a-kind shoes are then sold at retail—with every penny going to the children’s hospital.
