I liked these training shorts. Compared to the Nike pro training shorts, these fit me better and were more comfortable. They’re thicker material than others for extra protection during the time of the month and being thicker, it helped the shorts stay in place instead of riding up. The length is quite short, but my preference length is usually 4 in. Sizing is true to size! I would train in these if it was longer but I think they’re perfect for around the house and layering under skirts. They also kept me cool during a heat wave!

Comfy shorts but it runs a little bit large on me. My Nike Pro cropped tights are size small, fit perfectly but probably from this one I should’ve gotten the XS. The fabric feels nice, easy to move in. I like the extra liner that gives you more confidence.
