Love these tights have 2 pairs have 100 milers 50 milers in they’re great. I have one suggestion if you were able to put the brief from the 2 in 1 shorts it would be a much much more comfortable fit for really long days in the trails. I’m begging you make the liner a brief.

Best 1/2 tight if you want storage. Two side pockets big enough for my iPhone 13 Pro Max, fit two SIS gels back zipper pocket, and three smaller front pockets for keys, AirPods case, and Gu gels. The brief fits me perfectly too. For reference, I’m 5’9” 160lbs and I got a Medium.

What you wear in compression tights, your size will be the same. The ‘size & fit’ is true indicator that these will fit snug and form-fitting to your body just like your compression tights. Other reviews mention to size up….misleading that fact that everyone is built different. Keep in mind that YOU know YOUR OWN BODY TYPE. Therefore, Nike’s sizing chart is accurate for these tights. In running shorts I wear size M and in compression tight I wear M. My body measurements are: Waist size is 35 in. & Hip size 39 in. These are very comfortable to run in. My body can move well in them. They’re non-constricting a lightweight. Material is durable and not cheap. I bought these because I like all the pocket features. I am using these for my long distance marathon training & race. Hope this helps.
