No glue necessary—just a single cording system that holds it all together. When you've finished with your shoes, there's no need to take them apart or throw them away. Simply drop 'em off at a participating Nike store and they'll be given a new life through donation or recycling.

These shoes are very great. At the beginning, I felt like a terrible center of attention and had mixed feelings. but now I fell in love with the shoes and I definitely recommend them.

I though I had some comfortable shoes until I bought these. Wow! The cushioning technology in the ISPA MindBody is amazing! Can't wait to find another colorway in my size. Thanks!
