Yes, you can choose to pay Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible Nike orders. If your order qualifies and is delivered to an eligible address, you'll see the COD payment option during checkout. Be aware that SNKRS orders and Nike By You orders aren't eligible.

And please note, COD is not available for orders above ₱12,750.

Is there a service fee?
Yes, a service fee of ₱480 will be added to your order during checkout.

Do I have to pay with exact change?
While exact change is appreciated, it isn't required.

Can I pay with a credit or debit card?
No, the carrier agent will only accept cash.

Can I have my order expedited?
No, COD orders aren't eligible for expedited delivery.

I missed the order delivery—what's next?
The carrier will attempt three additional deliveries if no one is available to receive the order.

Can I return any part of my order when it's delivered?
The carrier agent won't accept returns when delivering your order. If you want to return an item, simply follow our return instructions.

If I return my order, how will I be refunded?
We're only able to issue refunds to consumers with a valid bank account. After we inspect your return, we'll email you a link to confirm your bank account information and issue a refund directly to your account.
