The shoe box is wayyy too small. I ordered a size 11, exchanged for an 11.5, and exchanged again for a 12. Still my toes are crammed on top of each other. Not ideal for weight lifting.

Brought these for my powerlifting daughter and she says that her squat form is much better now because of the lift in the shoes help with her long femurs. They are also true to size, comfortable and cute!

Ich liebe diesen Schuh, der ist sehr schön verarbeitet und robust. Leider unbedingt eine Nummer größer kaufen, Keine halbe, Eine Nummer!! Weil sonst drückt er ziemlich stark.
