Yes, we've made getting your Nike order easier. You can have your order delivered to a store near you. Here's how it works:
We'll hold your Nike order for 14 days, so you can get your order when it works for you. We'll even give you a reminder call.
After 14 days, we'll automatically return your order and issue a refund. Be aware that guest orders will have a return fee subtracted from the refund.
Yes. Please ensure your representative brings along their ID and a copy of the order confirmation email to pick up the order.
You have 30 days to return your order – just follow these simple return instructions. Please note that Nike orders cannot be returned to a Nike store (even if you pick it up at a store).
You won’t be able to change or update the delivery address after the order is placed, but you can cancel your order for any reason within 30 minutes of placing it.
