[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pants! They are super comfortable and great for cooler weather in the Northeast where I live. In fact, they're my go-to pants for my daily walks. The outside is a soft poly and they are fleece lined. There's a little bit of give to the fabric. The waistband is elastic and there's a drawstring cord for a custom fit. A word of caution: because the outside is poly, it can snag and pill (for example, if you brush up against a cement wall or velcro touches it). So I'm careful when wearing them with a jacket that has velcro closures.
