Fast sprints with Superfly or quick cuts with Vapor?
Choose your fast.
Superfly is powered by next-gen Air Zoom innovation — so all they can do is watch you disappear.
Vapor is engineered with Nike’s lightest tech ever — so small spaces become big opportunities to leave them in the dust.
Obsessed with building the fastest boot, we made two.
Superfly for burst acceleration. Vapor for sharp movement. Now it’s your move
— choose your fast.

What's the difference between the Mercurial Superfly 11 and Vapor 17?
With its feathery Atomknit upper and FlyLite plate, the Vapor 17 Elite is lighter and tuned for quick cuts, sharp changes of direction and agility in tight spaces. The Superfly 11 Elite is built for explosive acceleration and fast sprints, pairing an Air Zoom plate, ZoomX foam and a FlyWeave Ultra upper for a spring-loaded feel at top speed.
What is the Mercurial Vapor 17 built for?
The Vapor 17 is built for light speed: rapid, multi‑directional quickness inspired by athletes who win with sharp cuts, agility, and constant movement. Weighing approximately 155 grams (Men’s size 9, FG), it is the lightest Mercurial to date, up to 20% lighter than the previous generation, designed to feel fast and responsive in every direction.
What is the Mercurial Superfly 11 built for?
Max speed. The Superfly 11 is designed to help make you faster at full sprint. These cleats are engineered from the plate up to move you forward and keep you locked in from first step to full stride.
What's new on the Vapor 17?
The Vapor 17 is lighter than the previous iteration. Every gram of the shoe was considered as the team stripped back as much as possible while maintaining optimal performance in the build. The upper has been redesigned from GripKnit to AtomKnit, Nike’s lightest Flyknit ever. The FlyLite plate is incredibly thin yet strong, with advanced film carrier construction to keep weight as low as possible without sacrificing traction or responsiveness.
What's new on the Superfly 11?
The biggest update is the Air Zoom plate, which is exposed for the first time ever on a Nike soccer cleat. Combined with ZoomX foam, also included in Nike soccer cleats for the first time, it gives you energy return with every stride. The upper has also been redesigned, moving from Gripknit to FlyWeave Ultra for a more contained, locked-in fit.
